Cancellation Policy: We understand that schedules can change and appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or missed appointments, will be charged the full appointment fee. This policy helps account for reserved treatment time and gaps created in the therapist’s schedule that are difficult to fill on short notice. Extenuating circumstances will always be considered on an individual basis. Thank you for your understanding and support.
